COURSE DURATION:
The 12 course degustation menu length is approximately 2.5 hours. The short 5 course length is approximately 1.5 hours.
Menu can change during the season. Please note that some seasonal dishes may change without notice.
FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN:
We understand that dining with young children can present unique challenges, and we want to ensure that your family and our guests feel comfortable and enjoy their time with us.
Please keep in mind that opting for a shorter course may contribute to a more enjoyable experience for both parents and children.
MEAL CHOICES FOR CHILDREN
For children under 12 years old, we offer 3 course options.
1. Kid's 3 Course : Focaccia, Spaghetti - Suggested for children under 7 years old.
2. Short 5 Course (full portion)
3. 12 Course Children's Tasting Menu (small portion)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Changes and cancellations must be notified with more than 48 hours notice to avoid 100% forfeit of payment.
- The same policy applies to no-shows and empty seats with less than 48 hours notice.
- For large group bookings over 12 people, cancellations and changes must be notified with more than 72 hours notice to avoid 100% forfeit of payment.
- Changes or cancellations must be communicated to hello@vivehakuba.com and are only finalized upon receiving confirmation from the restaurant.
- Please kindly note payments are non-transferable and non-refundable unless given 48 hours or more notice.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Our culinary offerings at VIVE are curated with meticulous attention to a particular range of flavors and ingredients derived from dairy, seafood, shellfish, mushrooms and meats.
We do have a vegetarian option (includes egg, dairy, cheese) but we are currently unable to accommodate for vegan preferences. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
FOOD ALLERGIES:
Gluten Free version of both courses can be arranged with 6 hours notice for same day bookings. *please note, due to our small cooking space with shared equiment,
we can not guarantee a completely allergy-free environment. We may not be able to cater to guests with severe food allergies or religious requirements.
Please allow us to assess if menu adjustments can be made which will be confirmed via email or phone prior to confirming your reservation.
